At Plan Beard, we strive to make your online shopping experience with us distinctive and convenient. That is why we offer you the right to exchange or return any product after purchase, in accordance with company policies.

Please read the following terms to learn more about Plan Beard's exchange and return policies:

• When you wish to exchange or return a product after receiving it, please make sure the outer packaging and inner packaging have not been opened, and that the product has never been used.
• Products may be exchanged or returned within one day only from the date of receiving the order, subject to the first condition above, including products with manufacturing defects or damage.
• When you wish to exchange a product, exchanges are allowed for products of the same value or higher, with the difference paid by the customer.
• If you wish to cancel the order before receiving it, the full paid order value will be refunded.
• If you wish to cancel the order upon receiving it, the paid order value will be refunded after deducting the delivery fee.
• When requesting an exchange, you are responsible for the delivery cost with the shipping company to collect the product. After inspection by company staff and confirming its condition as stated in the first condition above, the company will contact the customer to send the replacement product, with the customer bearing the delivery cost again. Product pickup takes place during working hours as outlined in the Shipping Policy.
• You can exchange products by contacting the company through the approved numbers on the Contact Us page, and providing the staff member with the "Order Number" found under "My Orders" in your customer account.
• When requesting a return of any product, you are responsible for the delivery fee with the shipping company, in addition to a return fee of 10% of the product value.

Customers can return products by following these steps:

• Log in to the "My Account" page on the store.
• Select the order to be returned.
• Click the "Return" button.
• The customer will then be contacted to arrange the return of the order.
• Once the return is completed, the refund request is approved through the "Control Panel," where the shipping cost is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to the customer.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please make sure to review it periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
