At Plan Beard, we strive to be closer to you, offering an enjoyable and easy shopping experience through our website, and delivering your order in the shortest possible time and with the highest efficiency.

Please read the terms below to learn about Plan Beard's shipping policies:

• Official working days are from Saturday to Thursday. Official holidays (Fridays, national and religious holidays, etc.) are days off for all staff and shipping companies, with the exception of social media team members.
• We receive orders on the website every day of the week, around the clock, including official holidays.

Delivery within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is as follows:

• Amman and its suburbs: within 24 working hours of receiving the order.
• Other governorates: within 48 working hours of receiving the order.
• Northern Jordan Valley: Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Southern Jordan Valley: Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Delivery is free for any order valued at 30 JOD or more.

International delivery is as follows:

• Delivery cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the order.
• The delivery fee covers the basic import taxes required for the goods to enter the country, and does not include any additional customs fees imposed domestically by that country.
• Delivery to Gulf countries is handled through SMSA, taking 3-5 business days.
• Delivery to all other countries worldwide is handled through Aramex, taking 5-7 business days.
